Sew Many Options Tours is offering our annual getaway to the largest sewing show in the USA. Our tour will depart on Friday, March 2 from Portland on a lovely, restroom-equipped Raz bus for two full days of shopping and seminars. You will be in the capable hands of guides Elizabeth Miles and Wendy Miller. On Friday evening, we will check into our Auburn hotel, where a delicious buffet dinner will be served. Join the fun! There will be door prizes and a great opportunity to spend time with other sewing enthusiasts. Plan to take classes, shop 'til you drop, then relax and leave the driving to us!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Friday, March 2
6:30am	Arrive at the Radisson Hotel - Portland Airport (6233 NE 78th Court, Portland OR). The bus will be parked on the street. You can park a car for $10 for the two days. This fee must be paid at time of registration.
7:00am	Bus departs promptly.
9:30am	Arrive at the Sewing Expo (Western Washington Fairgrounds, Puyallup WA). Usually, we arrive by 9:15, but we cannot guarantee arrival for the 9:30 seminars.
6:00pm	Sewing Expo closes. Meet outside the front gate where the bus will take the group to the hotel.
6:20pm	Arrive and check into Guesthouse Inn (9 14th Avenue NW, Auburn WA).
7:00pm	Buffet dinner will be served in the breakfast room off the lobby.
Saturday, March 3
6:30 - 8:00am	Continental breakfast in the breakfast room.
7:55am	Board bus. Please check out and bring your luggage to the bus.
8:00am	Bus leaves the hotel.
8:30am	Show opens and classes begin.
5:40pm	Meet at bus near front gate. A boxed meal will be served on the return trip to Portland. Sit back, relax and enjoy all your new sewing friends.
6:00pm	Bus departs for Portland.
8:30pm	Arrive back at the Radisson Hotel in Portland.

Single room supplement: $35
Quad room: Deduct $14
No buffet dinner: Deduct $15
Parking at Radisson Hotel: $10

Reserve your place today by sending the registration form along with a deposit of $30 without parking or $40 with parking ($15 non-refundable in both cases). Balance is due by January 15, 2012. No refunds after final payment unless a replacement can be found. State your roommate preference or we will make every effort match you with a suitable roommate. You will receive a postcard confirming your reservation.

Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Seating on the bus will be assigned by postmark starting at the front of the bus. If you want seats together, please mail your reservations together.

Each person is responsible for their own Expo admission and seminars. The Expo flyers will be mailed in late December or can be found online at www.sewexpo.com. Be sure to sign up early to reserve spots for the seminars as they fill up quickly.

If you are coming to Portland from another city, call the Radisson Hotel - Portland Airport directly at 503-251-2000 to make a reservation for the nights before or after the tour. Mention you want to make a group reservation under Sew Many Options Tours group for an $89 single or double room.
